Shipping policy

Please be aware that I will be shipping orders withing 1 week of your order being placed.

For custom orders, the timing and shipping will not follow the in-stock shipping policy, Please allow for up to a week for the dyeing process, and 2 weeks before it is shipped to you.

You will receive tracking information regarding your order once it has been shipped. We utilize USPS for shipping. If you do not receive your package, or it is showing as delivered when it has not been, please contact us at pandtasticyarns@gmail.com in order for us to best assist you.
